We are growing!!  The Spa and Pool Shoppe is always looking for talented individuals to assist with cleaning and maintaining the commercial and residential pools we service.  We are an essential industry and did not reduce staff or cut employee hours during the COVID 19 quarantine! 

We are currently looking for full time, year-round maintenance technicians.  You must be independent, self-motivated and like to work outdoors. 

Job Responsibilities include:

• Drive company truck to client sites
• Use pool cleaning equipment to clean leaves/debris from pool/spa water
• Inspect pool equipment for possible malfunctions and actively report
• Test chemicals and adjust as needed
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Provide detail-oriented notes and reports
• Computer/tablet knowledge needed
• Lift 50-100 lbs
• Read GPS and/or paper maps for directions

No Experience?  No Problem!  We pay you while we train you!   We'll give you the support needed to feel confident before sending you off on your own route.  The faster you learn, the faster your pay will increase.

Got Experience!  Wonderful!  You'll start at a higher pay based on your level of experience.

We pay weekly, every Monday!  As your knowledge and experience increase, so will your pay.  

Our office is located in Leander, near Liberty Hill.  Hours are Monday - Friday, starting at 8am.  

The pool industry provides several exciting avenues for advancement.  While you will start by cleaning pools, your future success will be guided by your drive and determination.
